Wonton Soup
Ingredients
1.5l water (added bone broth)/ homemade bone broth or stock
2 cups of veggies of choice
50g of noodles of choice - we love organic ramen - the hakubaku brand
10 wontons/dumplings
Choice of Essential Oils- we like lemongrass, Ginger, turmeric, cilantro, black pepper
Method
Add broth/stock to a pot and allow to boil - remember to have enough room to add veggies and dumplings
Add veggies of choice
Simmer for 5 min
Add noodles and wontons cook for a further 5-10min
Take off heat allow to cool a little before adding in your essential oils if using.
Depending on how strong you like the flavour you can add a drop or use the toothpick method!
Note: when pouring essential oils, it is easy for more than one drop to sneak out of the bottle, so if you hold the bottle directly over your dish, you might get more oil than you intended. By pouring the oil into a spoon first, you can ensure that you get exactly one drop.
