Teriyaki Marinade

Ingredients

2 cloves of Garlic

2 drops Ginger Essential Oil

1 tbsp White Vinegar

100grams Tamari or Coconut Aminos

50 grams Rapadura or Brown Sugar

2 tbsp Raw Honey

1 pinch Salt

Method

  • Grate/Mince the garlic.

  • Add all ingredients - except the ginger oil - to a pot and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes, stirring regularly until thicken.

  • Once cooked let it cool slightly and add ginger oil and stir.

  • Transfer to a glass jar and let it cool completely.

  • Store in the fridge for up to 3 days
