Teriyaki Marinade
Ingredients
2 cloves of Garlic
2 drops Ginger Essential Oil
1 tbsp White Vinegar
100grams Tamari or Coconut Aminos
50 grams Rapadura or Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Raw Honey
1 pinch Salt
Method
Grate/Mince the garlic.
Add all ingredients - except the ginger oil - to a pot and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes, stirring regularly until thicken.
Once cooked let it cool slightly and add ginger oil and stir.
Transfer to a glass jar and let it cool completely.
Store in the fridge for up to 3 days
