Hummus
This family favourite snack option is a great one to whip up quickly. Simple, budget friendly and filling!
Ingredients
1 can Garbanzo Beans
1/4 cup cold pressed Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup Tahini
1 clove Garlic
1/4 tsp Cumin
1/4 tsp Salt
2 drops Lemon Essential Oil
1 drop Black Pepper Essential Oil
1 drop Coriander Essential Oil
Method
Drain the beans
Combine all ingredients in a food processor
Blend thoroughly until creamy
