Lamb Shank Soup

Ingredients

  • 4 x Lamb Shanks

  • 4 x Carrots

  • 2 x Celery Sticks

  • 2 x Brown Onion

  • Garlic to liking - I personally use about half a head

  • 2 x tins of Diced Tomatoes

  • 1L Bone Broth

  • Herbs of choice - rosemary, parsley and thyme are my go-tos
    4x Lamb Shanks

Method

  • Simply pop all your ingredients in to a slow cooker, and give it a good mix around.

  • Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours

For added bang! Spike with: collagen, bone broth, masons mushrooms and tip a couple of beef liver capsules in there

I also often add pasta or risoni for the last half hour for extra chunk and to stretch the meal even further - I’d probably do about 2x cups of pasta with a batch like this
